As your coach, I can help. By nature and by training, I ask intuituve questions and listen empathically for both what is said and unsaid. My goal is to help you discover the find not only the map to the life you want for yourself, but your compass.
I got to coaching in a roundabout way. I have been a primary care doctor for years and came to it because I enjoyed working with people and felt committed to helping people live healthy and full lives. In my work, I found myself searching for more and more holistic and sustainable solutions. This led me down the path of learning more about the mind body connection and finding ways to help people live richer and fuller lives. I use principles from cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment theories to guide my coaching style. With honest curiosity and empathy, I help clients articulate and understand their own desires, notice ways in which they may be putting up or worsening obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome or side step them, ultimately achieving their goals.
