As a holistic health coach, I work solely with women and men who want to bring balance into their lives and achieve their individual health goals. Whether it’s to have more energy, lose weight, protect against disease, or learn how to prepare a healthy meal, I work with women and men to help them take small, controlled steps toward a pleasant, healthy life driven by holistic principles.

True healthy living does not involve sacrifice or deprivation.
I’ve created unique customized health and wellness programs so that you can learn to live well and feel incredible by following my step-by-step simple life changing health plan.

I'll always challenge you, keeping in mind your personal preferences, ways, and styles. I totally believe in professionalism, time and I will always follow through and respect you. My coaching styles focuses on results and actions, and I will always take into consideration you needs.
There isn't no right or wrong answer, ideas or option, I realized that trust takes time to developed and I will work to earn that and build even more.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private client 1:1 coaching sessions by telephone or via skype is available
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching, means that the client is able to receive professional support at any time, as long as there is access to internet connection which insures access to coaching if for whatever reason client cannot make a face to face . this is still private and secure.
Short courses or group coaching
Group coaching to means creating connection and fostering engagement between clients. some people prefer large groups. most companies prefer this type of coaching because they can reach a lot of employees this way.
Ongoing training
There is always room for improvement. As a coach I love to learn , I am always researching and getting new and improve ideas. I am very creative and dedicated to my clients, so I will make sure that they are very happy and well fed with all the information they need.
