My heart leaps a little each time I think about helping someone get free from the beliefs and thought-processes that tie them down. I believe people are full of genius, beauty and goodness but it is too often buried under the weight of their own fears and self-imposed boundaries. My coaching style is warm, encouraging and friendly but also deeply penetrating. I desire to help my clients feel completely safe and appreciated for who they already are even as we work to identify and free them from their self-limiting beliefs. I help them see who they TRULY are inside, instead of accepting the blurry accumulation of ideas that cloud the view of their potential.
