I help my clients to find new pespectives to deal with their negative emotions. We do this through thought-provoking questions and by discovering their true self, values and ambitions. As a result clients feel more certain about themselves and their self-worth.
I became a Professional Certified Coach at International Coach Academy in 2015, and in my coaching work I focused to a great extent on "letting go" emotional hurdles that are tough to go through alone.
