As your coach, you have the added benefit of my years of experience as a psychologist. Often you will not like what I tell you but it will be what you need to hear. I am not a motivational coach, although you may become inspired. 
My job is to get you to the finish line in a successful way that enriches your life, your job is to work at doing what will benefit the goal we agree on achieving.

I coach via phone, text or email (your choice) while you enjoy the comfort and privacy of your home, office or even traveling. No waiting room anxiety; every appointment begins on time. Best of all there's no couch. Take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute evaluation to determine how this will help you. With thirty years as a clinical psychologist, my take away is that everyone does not need therapy. My clients use a subscription method - this is how it works: Each month you are given five - scheduled (telephone) fifty-five-minute sessions, or ten - twenty-five-minute sessions, ten text, and five emails. We determine during the evaluation call the areas to be covered in our work. You need to be prepared for a three-month subscription. You, of course, can discontinue at any time, however, three months is what has proven to be a successful coaching term. All subscriptions are billed/paid monthly on the first of each month scheduled.
I accept PayPal, credit/debit cards. These fees are non refundable, even if you choose to NOT complete the subscription month or miss a session for any reason. You will be given an opportunity to reschedule if desired.

I live and practice in Scottsdale, AZ. The only way we can know if we are a fit - if my abilities match your needs are by spending thirty minutes together via a phone appointment.

Wow! I'd like to say you need to see me believe me, but here goes:
I am a happy, successful woman, wife, mother and professional speaker.
Coaching is a mainstay in my life and I only accept clients if we match.
Living in AZ many of my clients are retired and enjoying the transition.
It has been my privilege to assist others in transitions that enrich their lives and mine as well.

My charity work has been with the homeless Veterans in my nearby communities and Habitat for Humanity. I often volunteer to work with non-profits especially The MS Society as I have had MS for over 27 years. I keep it under control by diet, physical therapy, and massage.

Reading is a passion and I have written and published two books - 'An Afternoon with Him' which is used in End of Life training and 'Where Am I Now That I Need Me.'
I enjoy life and hope to help you do the same.

Utilizing different modalities to encourage you to examine your challenge or examining the fear that is blocking your 'next step.' I am not opposed to using energy healing or psychic energies to accomplish the goal. Ritual can be helpful.
