I have a PhD in Counseling Studies and I am certified in Life Coaching. I enjoy spending time with my children, other family members, and friends. I also enjoy helping women overcome hurdles to live a life without self-imposed barriers. After getting a divorce, I started on a journey to start a PhD program because I refused to allow that one event to dictate my future or the futures of my children. By restructuring my thoughts, beliefs, and mindset, I was able to complete my studies and create a happy co-parenting relationship.

Packages are $1800 for twelve weeks of coaching. This includes one 45-minute weekly one-on-one session, one 45-minute weekly group session, and a journal to keep your notes in. Payment plans will also be considered.
