About me
When I meet someone interested in coaching, I ask them to tell me about their dreams. And then I help them to dream bigger than they have ever dreamed before. Then, I help them see a way they can really, truly create that dream in their life.
I do this in 2 main ways:
1. I HELP MY CLIENTS DO WHAT SCARES THEM—OR DO WHAT THEY THINK IS IMPOSSIBLE TO THEM.
This is the best part of coaching for me, stepping just beyond the edges of our comfort zone.
2. I HELP PEOPLE IDENTIFY SMALL SHIFTS IN THEIR THOUGHT PROCESS—FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS THIS HAS AN EXPONENTIAL IMPACT.
So I’ve spent my entire coaching career asking hard questions and shaking up the way you see the world. I help my clients lean gently into discomfort, to discover their truth.
For over 17 years, I’ve been working as a personal trainer and professional coach, helping people from all walks of life get more out of themselves and their lives. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, CEO’s, writers, musicians, directors, producers, people at the top of the financial food chain.
What they all have in common is something you have as well – a connection to a deeper part of themselves that allows an incredible creative potential.

We’ll craft a powerful vision that will transform you into a man/woman on a mission. You’ll learn to access this power not only for your work practice—but in every area of your life.

We’ll develop a simple yet impactful strategy for how you “show up,†day-in and day-out. You’ll build your resilience and your ability to handle any situation with ease and deep confidence. You’ll create habits and rituals that support and renew you on a daily and weekly basis.
Mindset
Overcome the fears, doubts, limiting beliefs or insecurities that are holding you back. And you’ll create a new set of empowering beliefs to support you as you create the next stage of your life.
Skillset
We will identify any skills you need to build and work on them regularly.
Energy
Become clear on which people, places and things FILL you with energy and which DRAIN you of energy. You will optimize your environment and increase your energy by actively removing those energy drainers from your life
