I am originally from India. I was raised in a family where we were taught the spiritual side of life from a very early age. I always saw my parents reading spiritual books and attending spiritual discourses, lectures and gatherings. They always took us with them. By attending spiritual lectures and gatherings, we were introduced to deeper side of life from early childhood. I have been avid reader of spiritual books and self help books since childhood, and it has undoubtedly shaped who I am today. For the last 12 years I have been fascinated with the practice of mind expansion and meditation. As I began to meditate, the results amazed me. With a simple relaxation exercise at the beginning of the day, I became calmer and more compassionate & forgiving towards others. We each hold and infinite inner world beyond the sensory and beyond language. We simply often don’t allow space for this inner experience to be fully experienced.My mission is to help you be the you that you’ve always imagined (and beyond). It IS attainable. As we work together, you will experience first-hand the magical power of directing your own thoughts and feelings – through guided imagery meditations and other practices.
