Online Coaching is a 3 month mentorship program that allows an interactive and virtual experience for clients to be able to set track and implement action plans to reach various needed goals and results. With the online coaching, there will be weekly online conference meetings either thru web meetings, video conferencing or online meetings. There will be emails sent to the client twice weekly as follow ups for the duration of the agreement. The Online Coach will be available to the client for question and answer sessions thru email, instant messaging and when there are more urgent needs, phone and video conferencing can be available as well. From the very first session until the very end, the client will have an elevated self confidence with many resources in other areas that will allow motivation to keep reaching goals.
