Not long ago the job of the CIO (Chief Innovation Officer) was unknown. In today's fast paced world, the process of ideation and commercialisation needs a dedicated chief scout and energiser to keep the innovation ethos high up on the agenda. This program introduces the participants to both the philosophy and process of innovation and how it can be embedded in an organisations' cultural practice. The design-led thinking modules unpack how the principles of design, long applied in other disciplines like architecture and engineering as well as the creative arts, are increasingly finding their way into corporate boardrooms as executives seek new and novel ways to think through corporate challenges The participants will adopt multiple, more versatile ways to fire the mind into broader imagination and think multi-disciplinary ways of solving challenges by mixing scientific and artistic perspectives The program duration is one (1) month.
