When we do this we become victims to "urgent" immediate demands on our attention that may or may not be truly important. This module will help you set your priorities and show you how to order the rest of life's demands around the things that you CHOOSE - the things that matter most.

I know, I know. Everyone talks about goal setting. But there's no getting around the fact that goal setting is important. While priorities tell you where your life is going, goals tell you how you'll get there.
The module on goal setting will help you to create goals that flow directly out of your priorities. Learn how to set goals that are meaningful and life-giving and that will help you make real progress.

Where most coaches go wrong on goal setting is that they put their focus on the goals. The focus should really be on creating daily actions that directly lead us to fulfilling those goals.
This module will teach you to create a specific type of daily action called "micro-commitments" that will make progress toward your goals easy, but will powerfully lead to the next step - developing habits that make meeting your goals and living your priorities second nature to you.

The final step in the process is the most important. We want to establish and strengthen specific habits that will make living our priorities a daily ritual - one we don't even have to put a lot of thought or effort into.
This module will teach you how to identify the habits you need to develop, and show you how to transition from action to habit.
