About me
I have worked with people suffering from illnesses such as cancer, depression, eating disorders, and people who are grieving. Whatever it is you are struggling with or hoping to find next on your journey we can discuss whether life coaching might help to guide you back to yourself and the life you wish to have.
I come from a background not only in theatre but also working in highly demanding and fast paced offices as an EA. I am also a Yoga Instructor and Alexander Technique Teacher.

PRIVATE COACHING
One to one life coaching sessions last for an hour and are ideally face to face but in certain situations can be over the phone or skype. It is with these one to one sessions you can begin that journey of self-discovery and self-understanding. Each session gives you the time to explore yourself, past decisions, and potential future opportunities in a non-judgmental, calm and safe environment.
