I was always a seeker. Growing up, I read every book I could find about different cultures and religions. The ancient wisdom traditions and the ways in which people interacted with the unseen forces of the Universe fascinated me. I recognized that there was more to life than what I could see with my physical eyes, and I was determined to discover what it was.

The world of energy healing was always open to me thanks to my mystical mother. It fascinated me to learn that we can influence our subtle energy bodies that surround and permeate our physical bodies with our thoughts and emotions. During my studies of energy healing, I discovered that I was most passionate about working with reiki, crystals, and the influence of the moon.

As a crystal healer, I am fascinated by the powerful allies that crystals are in our journey of self-discovery and healing. Working with crystals allows us to tap into the wisdom of the ages and the vast intelligence of nature. In addition to helping us to recognize our true nature, crystals can also assist us in connecting with the Divine.

In my professional and personal life, I am passionate about helping others to recognize their innate wisdom and power. I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves and create our own reality. Our ability to access our own inner power allows us to create lives that are rich, meaningful and fulfilling.

How does energy healing work? Essentially, energy healing involves manipulating and working with the various forms of energy that exist within and around us. These forms of energy include our own personal energy, the energy of the earth, the energy of the cosmos, and even the energy of other living beings.

There are several types of energy, each focusing on a specific type of energy.

The chakras are the points of energy in our bodies, feng shui involves the flow of energy in our homes, Reiki is an energy that is channeled around and through your body to enhance and clear blockages from your personal prana/chi, and crystal healing uses the vibrational frequencies of mother earth, which are transmitted to your electromagnetic field. Among the most popular methods are several other techniques.

Energy healing: involves forces that are not always visible to the human eye. Therefore, it is imperative that we develop our intuition and learn to trust our gut instincts. As we become more aware of the energy surrounding us, we will be able to make positive changes in our lives.

Feng shui: This ancient Chinese practice focuses on the placement of objects in our environment in order to create a sense of balance and harmony. Rearranging our furniture or adding certain items to our space can help to encourage the flow of positive energy.

Reiki: This Japanese technique involves the use of hands-on healing to help balance the energy within the body. Reiki practitioners believe that when our energy is in balance, we are better able to heal ourselves on all levels - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Crystal healing: involves the use of crystals and gemstones. Each type of crystal has its own unique energy and properties that can be used to promote healing. Crystal healers believe that by placing certain crystals on the body or in the environment, they can help to encourage the flow of positive energy and promote healing.
