About me
I grew up in a home where learning had no age limit, and reaching for your dreams was always an option.  My love of science led me to a Bachelors degree in Biology from California State University Northridge.  My respect for education and desire to help people led me to become a certificated teacher in Los Angeles County, and I am a certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach through the Integrative Wellness Academy. I have also completed training as a Health Coach focusing on overall health, nutrition and fitness. I recently compled my certification as a parent educator in infant massage with Infant Massage USA. I have experience running successful businesses and have always enjoyed interacting with people, listening to them and trying to help them achieve their goals. I have been married for 5+ years and live in the South Bay with my husband, two beautiful children, and my furry friends.  I look forward to learning your story and guiding you on your journey through life. An Integrative Wellness Life Coach does all that AND helps their clients to identify core issues and negative patterns while empowering them to change their life with effective tools, techniques and action plans. Our life coaching services are listed on our Services page. Services may be used individually or in conjunction with each other. Please note that Life Coaching is not a substitution for mental health services, but can be a valuable tool when used in conjunction with a professional therapist.

Coaching is not a one size fits all service. based on your needs, desires and commitment, you can choose from a single Kickstart Session for $25, or you can choose the Weekly Wellness Package for $150.
