My journey into coaching started over a decade ago when I began my own personal development path, which I'm still on today. I've faced many of life's major challenges—job loss, raising kids, divorce, losing loved ones, weight fluctuations, and more. These experiences have fueled my passion to help others starting their own journeys. With various degrees, diplomas, and certificates in mental health and well-being, I founded 3rd Eye Coaching.
