Life Experience: I've been on this earth for over 40 years. Each experience has led me to where I am today. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change one thing. I laugh on a regular basis, appreciate the beauty of nature, believe in a Higher Power, cherish my relationship with my family and friends and live each day to the fullest, one day at a time.

It took a long time for me to realize that the world did not revolve around me. I've gone through many storms, lost loved ones, been in unhealthy relationships, suffered from low self-esteem, survived depression, mania, addiction, cancer and learned from it all. In 2004, through great pain came great change. That is when I was finally ready to change. I turned my perspective around, gained some clarity and things changed for the better. Over the years, I have worked with therapists, healers, sponsors and ICF certified coaches. Each one has helped me find key pieces to my life puzzle.

Years ago, I discovered my life purpose which is to help others help themselves. Becoming a professional coach has given me the opportunity to follow my passion. And in turn, I help others. It's a win-win. I love what I do!

I believe in the power and benefits of coaching. It is an amazing process to witness people change over the years. The answers lie within us, but some individuals find the answers faster and with greater clarity by working with a coach.
