About me
I am currently working part time as a therapist at a behavioral health center and part time as a life coach. I recently graduated graduate school and received my Masters in Professional Counseling. I also have my certification in Motivational Interviewing. I am a certified life coach and enjoy getting people out of there “rut†and help them conquer the goals that will get them to live a successful life. My personal life includes many trials including depression and learning to survive as a single mother. I have personally learned how to conquer my battles and have helped many others see their true potential. I have over 1000 hours of coaching and counseling clients. Together we can find a realistic way to help you thrive that is both convenient and affordable for your life.
