From navigating a life-altering shootout at the tender age of 12 to facing the heart-wrenching ordeal of being repeatedly abandoned by my mother, my journey has been marked by adversity.
The crucible of my resilience was further tested with the loss of both parents within a year of each other. This profound grief became the catalyst for my own healing journey and sparked my passion for helping others navigate their own struggles.
Marriage brought its own set of trials, as I found myself entangled with a gaslighting narcissist. Through the pain of divorce, I emerged stronger, armed with the wisdom gained from overcoming the intricate challenges of toxic relationships.
My commitment to empowering lives stems from a genuine understanding of the human experience. I believe that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth, and I am here to guide you through your own transformative journey.

Keleighs life coaching sessions have been a tremendous help to me during an extremely difficult and challenging time in my personal life. I am a stay at home mother of two, newly adult children.
