About me
I'm just your average person who has had a lot of life thrown my way. I've watched loved ones, and experienced myself, serious health issues. I've struggled with healthy eating and weight gain. I've dealt with anxiety issues most of my life. And I've followed my heart and did some terrifying things like quit a job, pack up and move from Minnesota to NYC.
I could go on with more life curve balls, but my point is this: life has handed me some tough situations and I've figured out not only how to manage, but to thrive.
I have a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, and have spent the last 5 years applying psychology to an office setting, but I needed more in my life. I have always been a happiness and wellness junkie so I answered the calling stating that I needed to work with people to help them live their happiest life!
I decided to pursue becoming a Certified Life Coach through the Impact Coaching Academy. I am also a member of the International Coach Federation.
I want to use my skills and training to help YOU not only deal, but THRIVE in life!
