After ten years as an early childhood special education teacher and intervention therapist, I began to work with families to create a more integrative wellness approach.
In 2002, I discovered the practice of Reiki. Twelve years later, inspired to create and combine my passions, I became a certified One Light Healing Touch practitioner.
I specialize in working with families in trauma. I also work primarily with women who are overwhelmed and exhausted from living with anxiety! I teach you how to become your own best friend again.
As a child I faced my own struggles. My mother taught me to re-frame the term "disability,†allowing my different needs and abilities unfold into gifts. I was encouraged to stand up for myself and ask for help. These experiences informed my passion for education and child development.
I obtained my Bachelors of Arts degree in Special Education and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from the University of Florida.
While my formal studies were invaluable, it was the hands-on experience that led me to the path of coach and healer.

PRIVATE COACHING
Empowerment Coaching & Activation Session
1 hour 15 minutes
During this session, you will be learning how to create the life that you desire by understanding your core programs, connecting to your felt sense tapping into the physical feelings in your body which offer you support in better understanding your truth. We will dive deep, typically work together for 2-6 months. You will learn many things about yourself and others through Sound Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Activations, Breathwork, Talking and of course Laughter Release.

I don't usually provide 1 time sessions, as this doesn't allow the client to reach their ultimate potential from my services but I am offering a special intro offer of $500 for 4 sessions exclusively available until 7/30/2018
