​We are passionate about finding a panacea for Compassion Fatigue or the 'negative cost of care' which is a growing concern in the workplace for professionals who are involved in a 'helping' profession.

​We offer a simple but effective coaching intervention for individuals and organisations to treat this insidious but detrimental condition which creates a profound impact on the individual, those around them and the people they serve. The symptoms if addressed early can be successfully treated.
