Hello! Welcome to Premier Elite Solutions, LLC. My name is Melvina Crawl and I am a trained professional with over twenty of experience serving in public and private sectors. My coaching specialty areas include stress management, grant funding, grief and loss, life after divorce, and overcoming depression. Over the past twenty years, I have learned effective strategies and techniques that can be applied to meet specific client needs. I have taught workshops and seminars on the local, state, and national levels. My experience with grants includes writing small $500 grants to managing over $45 million dollars in funding. I develop personalized plans for each client specific to your desired goals and based on feedback from your coaching assessment. PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching sessions are available by phone.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching using the secure coaching suite for coaching sessions.
Short courses or group coaching
Courses and group coaching is available for individuals and teams. Courses range for three to six modules and individuals work at their own pace to complete. Group coaching can be arranged for a team of two or more up to twelve participants in the group for grant writing or stress management.
Ongoing training
Workshops either face to face or web-based can be custom designed for your organization. Contact me for specific needs for a proposal of services.

Fee description
Fees:
from $75 USD to $1500 USD
45 minutes to 1 hr session is $150. Courses start at $75 and up. Group sessions start at $45 and up.
