Wellness Coaching is helping people to create a healthy lifestyle and "care for the only body they will ever have." As a holistic wellness and nutritional coach, I partner with clients to identify and overcome barriers to living a great life--not only in their physical body, but in their emotional and spirtual sides as well. Having a physical body the "works well" is vital to having stable, healthy emotions. And when one "feels" well physically and emotionally, spiritual life also enhanced.
In order for us to live out our life purpose, we must have a body that isn't racked with pain and inflammation and a brain that is clear and focused. Concentrating on wellness and nutrition offers that to my clients. I help people to identify goals, assist them in making lifestyle changes, and provide encouragement along the way. I specialize in diabetes, and ADHD.
