    Become in tune with your body, embrace the art of mindfulness and free yourself from the noise and distractions around you.

  4. Module 4 : Day 3: Affirmation Power Statement Meditation

    Tell yourself what you want to be, how you will make it happen and what it feels like to get there and before you know it, that will be your new reality.

  5. Module 5 : Day 4: Metta (Loving Kindness and Compassion) Meditation

    Use the love and harmony of intentionally wishing for positive things for those around you to see that when you stay positive, good things will happen in your life too.
