I have been an entrepreneur for 23+ years, building teams, coaching, and mentoring. I held a position at the top 2% of a global cosmetic company for 15 years, helping rising entrepreneurs develop and market their businesses.
During this time, I was diagnosed with a rare nerve condition that affects the left side of my face. After struggling with it for four years, I successfully took my health into my own hands. I became a marathon runner, took up transcendental meditation, and researched holistic methods for healing myself. I successfully put the condition into remission and got off six different medications. I remain both pain and medicine-free from the disease to this day.
I like empowering people to achieve success by assisting them to recognize sabotaging behaviors—their source and how to get around them so they can be effective in business, improve productivity, and create harmony in both work and life.

I want to think of myself as practical and logical. However, I am also an optimist and a visionary. I see a problem as an opportunity for growth and part of the journey. I offer up to 1 hour one to one coaching calls on an as-needed basis. I also offer specials for anyone that is committed to their goal and looking for long-term solutions.
I offer content-rich interactive workshops and group coaching that take participants on a journey in which they design, define, test, and experience a crystal clear vision of the life they would love – a life that is in alignment with their highest purpose.

Fees: from $90 USD to $125 USD
My rate is $125.00 per session on an a la carte basis. I do offer lower pricing for bulk sessions and longer-term contracts.
