I have over 7 years working in the area of stress management, wellness, work/life balance. A professional in the field, I provide individual, group and trainings on these topics.
I earned my Masters Degree in Social Worker, in clinical mental health with a specialization in Employee Assistance Program. I believe that my education, experience and expertise will contribute to a robust and effective coaching experience.

Coaching programs start at $125 per hour. I recommend starting with the coaching package of 4 sessions at $400. This offers is at a $75 discount.
