Ever since I got into health and fitness, my life transformed for better.
At first, I started it as a hobby. I liked the results of healthy nutrition and exercise on me so I kept on researching more and more about it. I got fascinated by the information so one day I decided to take it seriously and study it.
I read a lot about health and fitness and got certifications. I even explored the psychological side of things by studying behavior science and food psychology.
Now, I pass on my experience, knowledge, and skills to help people transform their lives as I did.

I like to coach online on Skype and on any messaging application.
Skype is for video calls and a messaging app can be used to ask questions on a daily basis.
I like to work with positive and open-minded people who are willing and committed to making healthy changes in their lives.

It can take place in person or on call. This depends on your location and situation. You will get to speak with me on weekly basis and will have access to message me any day.

Online coaching takes place on skype and messages. You will get to speak with me on weekly basis and will have access to message me any day.
Short courses or group coaching
Group coaching with other people will help you to have a social support and accountability. You will stay motivated as other people will follow a similar journey as you.

Fees:
from $400 USD to $600 USD
I charge on a monthly basis. These are the available models you can choose from:
$400: Call once a week and access to message me on any given day.
$500: Call twice a week and access to message me on any given day.
$600: Call thrice a week and access to message me on any given day.
