Sam Kelley, M.A., is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and founder of SunKissed Health. A lover of vibrant colors, sparkly crystals, and green smoothies (nom nom), she is a certified Holistic Health Coach, Passion Test® Facilitator, and Feng Shui Consultant.
Sam loves helping burned-out and in-transition women connect to their divine and magical side through discovering their passions, desires, and unique soul purpose so they can embody the vibrant life of their dreams.
A firm believer in the philosophy of “mother nature as partner and healer,†you can usually find her blending fragrant essential oils or creating DIY natural products for the home and body. Sam currently resides in Minneapolis with her many plants.

This is a holistic, co-creative partnership between the coach and client where the coach is not a “sage on the stage,†but rather a “guide on the side.†Each individual already has powerful healing and life tools housed within themselves; it is just a matter of developing clarity and pathways to consistently call upon these inner resources—and this is exactly what coaching can assist with.
