About me
I have nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. For the past year I have been developing my coaching skills as another way to support clients in reaching their goals. As a Ph.D. candidate in an Integrative Medicine program I have access to the latest research on health and wellness. I have taken classes focusing on the intersection of mental well-being and topics such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and spirituality. I also have experience collaborating with complementary practitioners such as chiropractors, physical trainers, reiki providers, nutritionists, and functional medicine providers.

PRIVATE COACHING
I provide telephone based coaching services. This allows clients from across the United States to participate in conveniently scheduled sessions from the comfort of their homes, offices, or during travel.
The initial discovery session can take up to 75 minutes in order to provide a thorough assessment. Weekly on-going follow up sessions are scheduled for 30-45 minutes.
All services are provided in English.

Fees:
from $85 USD to $500 USD
Initial session (up to 75 minutes) can be purchased for $100.
Single follow up sessions (up to 45 minutes) can be purchased at $100 per session.
Packages of weekly sessions (up to 45 minutes) can be purchased for $350 per 4 follow up sessions. That's a rate of $87.50 per session!
