From childhood, we practiced taking small steps until we can take better, longer strides. We then took bigger steps and built up our speed, and so, we learned to run. You see, we started with the basics. When we were little, we were taught to get up from bed, dress up, brush our hair, eat breakfast, and so on until we form our own habits.
