Use the people around you as a resource to get answers and fill in the blanks. Ask your subordinates, peers, and even bosses for valuable information that can help you do your job better.
If you want to be a good leader, know that ignorance isn’t bliss, but a recipe for disaster! Not only will asking questions make you more knowledgeable, your thirst to know more will probably impress those around you too!

April 16, 2013Ask questions! That's the only way you'll ever learn and grow. Don't ever worry about looking like a fool because you won't Instead you will be revered for having the bravery and courage to question what you don't understand. Just don't forget to word it in a polite manner!
