Don’t get me wrong, your family, career, and life’s essentials give you peace of mind and happiness. But the thing is, you don’t feel that spark you used to have, and whatever happened to your vigor?

In this article, I want to present you with a simple roadmap to easily get you from where you are now to becoming your best and living an abundant life.

Yes, it is important to get from point A to B and many can help and teach you how to do it.

But life coaches don't stop there. We have the ambition of giving everybody the roadmap and the connected tools and exercises not only to get you where you want to go, and create an abundant fulfilled life... but a system that can help you to continuously evolve, adapt and balance, a system that can help you create a limitless abundance. We want to give you a system that can teach you to deal with change and the related challenges, roadblocks, and problems that come with it.

The secret to living an abundant life 

There will always be challenges, roadblocks, and problems in life... The real secret is getting better at dealing with it, solving problems, and progressing.

In fact, there will always be challenges, roadblocks, and problems in life. Up and down. Bad day and good day. Calm and agitate moments. Even when you will get what you want or start living the life of your dreams, you are still bound to face problems and bad days. The real secret is not to try and create an impossibly perfect life. The real secret is getting better at dealing with it, solving problems, and progressing.

And that is what I want to talk about here. And this is what I want to show you. A simple roadmap to do the following...

  • Assess
  • Balance
  • Evolve
  • Deal with change in order to become your best self and create a limitless abundant life and enjoy it

It is more important that you keep working on them and review them periodically (given that things always change as you evolve and improve and as new problems and challenges will present).   • Assess your life situation honestly.
  • Decide to commit to balancing your life.
  • Set goals in every area of your life in order to balance and improve them.
  • Manage time accordingly.
  • Be present.
  • Take time to reassess and think about it.
  • Make the habit of keeping a journal.
  • Detect, eliminate and reframe limitations.
  • Work to install empowerment while keeping assessing, balancing, improving, and searching for limitations and blocks.

Find and align with your life purpose. To help, it is also important to find your...

  • List your talents
  • Skills
  • Strengths
  • Values
  1. Make sure everything is aligned together, otherwise you will need to eliminate, reframe or install new positive healthy elements (beliefs, values, behaviors, knowledge and more).

Everything is possible as long as your mind can capture it. Attract an abundant life by aligning your thoughts, beliefs, values, and purpose. Make sure to dwell on the positive!

  1. Understand yourself and the world around you.

Know your motivations, goals, and limitations, but focus on the possibilities. Also, surround yourself with people who have an abundance mentality.

  1. Discover your spirituality and your materiality and connect with them.

Believe that there’s a great plan in store for you, whatever that means to you.

  1. Learn to see the Divinity inside you and around you.

Acknowledge that all of us are born with strengths. But you need to explore, be open, and trust yourself to discover yours.  

  1. Rewrite your story as an empowering one.

Don’t limit your thoughts, dreams, and life goals. Be the hero of your story!

  1. Build a daily routine and try to apply it when possible without stressing out if there is no time.

Make it a habit to allot time for your health and physical well-being. Allow your mind to relax and elevate your mood by releasing those endorphins!

  1. Create positive healthy habits and remove negative unhealthy ones.

Build positive habits through healthy living - including nourishing your body with the right food. (But you can still reward yourself with a slice of cheesecake or a bottle of beer when you meet your goal!)

  1. Create and cultivate a positive mindset.

Have a gratitude journal. Visualize and ask yourself, “what are the five things I’m grateful for today?”

  1. Create goals, action steps, and set priorities.

Make a daily action plan to get closer to your goals.

  1. Learn and adopt a never give up mindset (a small progress is better than no progress. No progress is better than regress).

Embrace your limitations and use them as building blocks to meet your goal. You can pause and rest but never give up!

  1. Learn to control yourself, focus on what is needed and, switch between action, awareness and creation mindsets.

Want to know the secret behind remarkable athletes’ winning performances? It’s by clearly visualizing their goal through snippets of mental images. Creating a mental rehearsal of their upcoming match and feeling the experience as something that’s real (Prediou et. al., 2020). 

The result? This ability makes the athletes calm even under stressful events. It also elevates their performance leading them to success.

  1. Work on self-esteem, confidence, motivation, inner power, effortless action and clear vision.

Get closer to your goals by thinking positively and working on your confidence to achieve them. Nothing’s impossible once you put your heart in it. 

  1. Work on increasing the energy in your body, mind and spirit.

Spend time outdoors, away from the noisy and busy streets. Be one with nature. Just breathe the air and experience the warm sunlight.

  1. Learn and apply a wealthy mindset and work on creating real wealth if needed and wanted.

Shift your mind from a negative or poor mentality to a rich mentality. Put on the “can do” attitude above everything else. Attract. Believe. Act.

  1. Balance your life and keep growing by stepping out of your comfort zone.

Explore the outside world beyond what’s comfortable. Challenge yourself and make room for growth.

  1. Becoming charismatic, influential, and inspiring, and learn to connect and cooperate.

  1. What does abundance look like?

Contrary to popular belief, abundance does not only refer to financial wealth or prosperity, but it shows in various ways. It can be through knowledge growth, well-being, and being rich in relationships, such as love and friendship.

  1. How does an abundant person behave?

A person with an abundance mindset has a go-getter attitude. Someone who’s open to new challenges and opportunities. They believe that even if they don’t have all the things they need, they can start with what they have. Their current resources are enough to propel them to achieve something.

They also focus on their strengths and the positives even when faced with failures. They even consider failure as an opportunity for growth.  

  1. How do I develop an abundance mindset?

Developing an abundance mindset entails consciously being grateful for all you have. Better to be with people who have an abundance mindset too! Several studies show that the people we spend time with highly influence how we think and act. Also, practice reframing challenges into learning opportunities. So your mentality shifts from “I have a problem” to “How can I learn or grow from this?”
