5 Steps To Clear a Limiting Belief

5 Steps To Clear A Limiting Belief 

  1. Identify what it is that is holding you back.  Some common ones are
    • I am not good enough
    • I do not deserve it.
    • I am not worthy
  2. Rate the emotional charge.  How strongly do you feel it when you think of the limiting belief?
  3. Clear the block. Using the power of visualization and metaphor we communicate directly to the reptilian brain and disassociate the negative emotion from the belief 
  4. Re-rate:  After doing the clearing re-rate the emotional charge.  It typically goes down a few points.  
  5. Rinse and repeat.  Now that you have gone through steps one through 4.  Repeat the steps until the emotional charge is neutral.  Repeat this process for 66 days to create a new habit and rewire the mind.
