How do I add documents to my client's file?

 

Your client may send you files you want to keep, such as a resume, a plan or a pro and con list, or a completed and scanned resource you assigned. It's easy to preserve these in their client file.

  1. Navigate to Client and Coaching Management in the main menu and select your client's name. Then click the tab Client Documents & Notes from the left hand menu.
  2. Here you can upload client documents, as well as view or delete documents you have already uploaded.
  3. You can also add Ad Hoc client notes that are not related to any specific appointment or coaching session. You can save these, and send them to your client if you wish.
