You don't have to use all coaching tools with each client. If you want to turn off a tool, just open up Client and Coaching management and select your client from the left hand menu. Choose Settings, and select the Other settings tab.
All available tools will be listed. Just click Edit details to change any settings. If you select "Off" for a tool, then your client won't be able to see that tool in their Coaching Pad (the relevant page will still be visible to you in Coaching management.)
Note: Make sure you put Life Coach Hub on your Safe Sender email list so that you are sure to receive important emails.
